1. Services
We provide web design, development, branding, graphic design, and related creative services as agreed upon in project proposals or contracts.

2. Project Scope & Revisions
All projects include a defined scope, timeline, and number of revisions. Any work requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

3. Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay a deposit (typically 50%) before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestones.

4. Content & Materials
Clients must provide all necessary content, images, logos, and materials required for the project. We are not responsible for delays caused by late submissions.

5. Approval & Launch
Once the final design is approved, we will proceed with launch or handover. Further changes after approval may incur additional costs.

6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

7. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share project details or materials without prior consent.

8. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or downtime caused by third-party services, plugins, or hosting providers.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination will be invoiced accordingly.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
